The British Neurosurgical Trainees’ Association (BNTA) aims to bring together neurosurgical trainees in the UK and Ireland to provide a forum for discussion of issues regarding neurosurgical training in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.
The BNTA holds an open business meeting at the same time as the Society of British Neurological Surgeons (SBNS) business meeting, twice a year at the SBNS Scientific Meetings.
The BNTA provides representation for neurosurgery trainees to the SBNS, the SAC, ASiT and the Royal Colleges. A post exam representative attends the FRCS (NS) examination meetings.
